In this episode we are joined by Claire Anderson from Gowrie NSW Erskineville OSHC and Maria Castano from Gowrie NSW North Sydney Vacation Care & Kent Road OSHC, who share practical strategies, challenges and the responsibilities involved in managing medical conditions across very different OSHC service settings.
Supporting children with medical conditions in OSHC requires more than meeting compliance requirements. It involves strong relationships, effective systems and a shared commitment to children's safety, wellbeing and inclusion.
Join us as we explore together how strong systems, staff training, family partnerships and a shared commitment to children's wellbeing and safety help create safe and inclusive environments for all children in OSHC.
