Episode 11: Distributed Leadership in OSHC

In this episode, we join Stella Lee from Gowrie NSW Kent Road Outside School Hours Care as she explores distributed leadership through an OSHC lens. Stella shares how decision-making, reflection and planning are intentionally embedded across her team to foster collaboration, shared responsibility and continuous improvement.
